My name is Alina Bialek and I am a Solution Focused Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy practitioner offering services at Integrity Centre in Moorgate, London UK.

What is Hypnotherapy?

Clinical hypnotherapy is the combination of hypnosis and psychotherapy to treat and alleviate a variety of physical and psychological symptoms.

Often experienced like a deep level of relaxation, it can lead to reduced levels of stress and anxiety as well as help treat depression, manage weight issues, quit smoking, help to clear your mind, build your confidence, and much more.

It is both a powerful, yet calm and relaxing solution-focused talking therapy. The hypnosis allows clients to enter into a heightened state of awareness or a ‘trance-like’ state. The success of therapy lies in the therapeutic relationship or therapeutic alliance. This initial consultation is a great chance for you to decide if we’re a good pair to work together.

During this hour session, I will be able to explain to you how Hypnotherapy works and what we can do to help with the problem that you are facing. This initial session can take place face-to-face or online (Zoom). In this session, I will gather some information about you, explain to you a bit more about neuroscience, how the brain works, how we can suffer the way we do, and what we can do about it to create the necessary change in your life.
